Horrible company. Keep getting calls from hired collection agency on Sallie Mae 's behalf, even though every time they call I work out a plan with them to stop getting calls, but an hour later I get another call. Up to 6 calls a day!!! Also have interest rates of 6% or greater. One loan is a 10.5% interest rate. There is a reason Sallie Mae receives 49% of customer complaints among loan companies.
