Sallie Mae is the poorest excuse for financial institution there is!!! They do not keep correct records, even though my son has the payment deducted out of his account every month. They continually call even though the payment has been made. My father has cosigned on my son's loan, that was something he wanted to do for him as his grandfather, they continually call him as well. My father has heart issues, everytime Sallie Mae calls him, it upsets him so much that he gets sick, and starts having heart/panic attacks. We have explained the situation to Sallie Mae, they are relentless!!! This company literally sucks!!! This company needs to be set straight, and stop ruining people's lives. Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT go through Sallie Mae for student loans. Take the time and review the reviews that have been written about them, they are awful!!!
