Please do not go through sallie mae! IF you get a loan through Sallie Mae, you will get raped financially. 4 yrs ago I was a single mother and tried to go back to school juggle the kids and have a full time job. Sallie Mae made it sound all good by talking about the loans single mothers can get and that would NEVER have to pay back. WEll here i am 4 yrs later and 10,000 in debt. Sallie Mae decided it would be a good idea to garnish my wages AND take my WHOLE tax return. How is that frickin possible.??? I will fight it til the en of time but please DO NOT CHOOSE SALLIE MAE with their student loans or bullshit they give you.
