CPS Unprofession, Hostile, & Disgraceful Representative!

I have 2 loans withe this company. I am 5 months from the payoff. I got sick a few years ago, lost my income and got behind in the note. Exactly by 45 days. I have about $1300.00 in late fees.in January the called and said that I had to come current or they would reposses the car. I told them to come and get it's not running, Has not ranned since last summer, that it needs $2600 in repair, I can't afford to repair it, there is only 75000 miles on 2003. They couldn't believe I said to come and get and started asking questions about what was wrong with the car. They suggested a one month deferment. I told them that would be for there benefit, how about a two month deferment so I can get the car repaired, and use it. I explained that I am paying about $200 out in bus fare. I told them I would like to pay it off and hopefully use them again in the future for my next purchase. They took my payment, (i had been doing 3 post dated checks ont the 16th of every month one payment). They said they would call me back.

They call back the next month and states the same thing. I need to come curent of else. I tell the young lady to look at the notes that there were payment arrangements already and post dated checks. She saids "oh hold on" When she came back on she saids "no that is not going to work but your deferment was approved and that I had to pay $50.00 right then for that. I asked her if it was for 1 or 2 months. She stated 1. I told her that would not help me. I don't want the deferment lets just keep the arrangements. She said no and you are going to charged a late fee and if I did not do the deferment they would come and get the car. I, once again tell them to come and get it. She was dumb founded! I laughed. I asked to speak to some on over her. I got to talk to Martin her supervisor. I explained when what & why I am talking to him. Martin saids "well she is right if you don't take the deferment or catch up on your car note we will be repossing the car." I explain that I only have 6 months, I don't have the extra money to catch up and the deferment that I have to pay for isn't going to help me. He said "what you are saying is stupid" I ask are you calling me stupid? He saids "the way you think is stupid" There is no laws saying we can't reposses your car even if you only have 5 months left to pay. I told him I was going to contact a lawyer for their harassment. He states "there is one of those ideas of yours again, if you can't pay the the car how willyou pay a lawyer.

Now I am trying to pay my April car note on May 16th, They are refusing to take a post dated check! When I try to call in my payment, they say they can't push it out that far and I need to speak to the supervisor Martin. I have left several voice messages and he will not return my call. I feel as if I am being set up for my car to be reposses. After I have paid for it for 4 years and 7 months. The representatives are rude, liars, inhumane, desperate, hostile ande demeaning. Does any one know anyone else I can contact? The only number they have listed it their collection department.
