Drive Financial is the worst auto loan company anywhere. They take only high-risk loans and then treat those people like crap!
They give those people's loans and then make their credit look even worse. They are rude uncaring and unwilling to help. If you call and make arrangements today to pay your note they call you tomorrow and say no arrangements were ever made. If you send your payment on time they say you didn't and stack on the late fees.
My husband and I asked for a deferment. We agreed on a payment plan and then were told over and over that there is no such thing as a deferment for them. We tried to make the payments and sent them as much as we could. If we sent them half of the payment amount they added the entire payment amount in late fees and penalties. They repossed our car this morning and are not willing to help us work anything out. The balance on the loan now is $7,000 less than when it started. Can they really do this to us? We have paying our car for almost three years now! Somebody help us! What can we do?
