I did not approve the loan from United Cash Loans. I received email requesting confirmation of loan on Oct. 27. I declined offer, did not sign or return application or fax info requested to complete loan ppprocess. Email from UCL's states "The application will be deemed incomplete and will not be processed by us unless signed by you below." I sent emails stating, I do not authorize United Cash Loans to process loan.
10/29/04 Reply from co said, "Unfortunately, a faxed statement and signature are required legally." To cancel. As does the application and loan process documents. I received a statement from United Cash Loans, $130.00, payoff 11/15/04, with my debit account no., schedule payment if loan is renewed 11/29/04,30.00. Payoff 130.00.
My checking account is closed and was not active at the time of loan.
The loan amount 130.00 is not owed. The deposit of loan is unknown. As of now no bank charges have occured or bank fees charged to my account from Bank of America. Fees may occur to closed accounts. All charges caused by loan transaction are United Cash Loans responsibility including the 130.00 loan amount.
