What a nighmare... Going to court tommorrow to see if i can keep my house or not all because of Fairbanks Capital the most corrupt and greedy Mortgage company of all. My payments were rejected and eventually i was sent to foreclosure. My house was then sold and now i am screwed.
Thousands of dollars (which i have the cashed check copies) in payments were never credited to my mort. Account and then they sent me to foreclosure. Most of my payments that were credited went to bogus fees and not needed insurance (which i already had and they decided i needed duplicate insurance) They did not even give me the thirty days i am entitled by law to have to redeem my house. How can they be so much above the law and have no severe penalties enforced. It is like they are a very large monopoly that is more powerful than our own goverment. Why has no one done anything to stop them?
They are very crooked and corrupt As for the Class action law suit they lost. I only recieved $655.00 of the $7000.00 i should have What a joke so much for our country that supposedly prides itself on justice.
Stay away from fairbanks capital and all their affiliates... If they buy your mortgage refinance or sell to get away from them.
