I have had a previous, enjoyable relationship w/WF Mortagage (AZ) via internet and phone.
I was sent checks for a personal loan, I decided to use this venue - without hesitation due to the above transaction. However, when I went into the office to sign loan documents to combine 2 loans - the amount I owed - which was $2500 total with an approximate amount of $700 already paid - the amount owed was over $3000 (hidden fees). Now approximately 7 months later - with payments of $125/month I still owe over $2800. I find this amazing!
Payments have to be mailed to Nevada. One month there was a problem with the way my check was made out (my fault) and it was returned. I went the local branch and submitted the payment immediately. The payment was late - less than 20 DAYS. I received 26 phones calls on Friday-Saturday-Sundy from Wells Fargo. I find this a little excessive.
