I had two auto loans with Wells Fargo. One was paid off in March. It's already the end of November and they refuse to send me the title to the vehicle. They say it's in the other bank and they haven't received it yet. I'm supposed to take the release of lien letter to the Currency Exchange and "pay" to have my title that I earned. The second loan did get a little behind. I have explained my circumstances to Wells Fargo, but already know if the payment is one day late, they start calling and harrassing you all day and all night, Sundays, weekends, it does not matter. They say the payments I have been making all these months are going towards late fees. I even sent an additional payment to cover late fees and they continue to say I am 65 days late Yes, we all get behind sometimes, but you would think that they would consider the fact if you sent additional late fee payment and continue sending payments, especially when situations beyond your control happen, they would work with you. Wells Fargo does not
