Customer Service is NOT important to Bank of America Employees

I had the occasion to meet with Blanca in the Los Banos Branch this past weekend. I was speaking to her about a loan refinance. The issue I have with this person is not that the loan I wanted was not available, but it was her attitude. She really was not going to get anything out of dealing with me as far as a new account, or loan, so she treated me as if I did not matter to her in the least. I asked her to help me change some information on my account, and all she would do was give me the same phone number I had called at least 8 times prior with no results. She could have easily helped me out right there on the spot, but she couldn't be bothered. She made up information that was not true because I spoke to a rep on the phone right in front of her and they told me something totally different. She does NOT care about the customers of this bank. I will be closing all accounts that I currently hold at B of A and switching my house loan to someone else as soon as possible. I should not be treated as if I am a bother to any of the employees at this bank. I will be switching to a credit union and B of A should demand that all of their employees attend customer service training if they are interested in retaining their customers.
