My mortgage was originally with Sun Trust Bank of Florida. Sun Trust sold my loan to Litton Services, and then Litton Services then sold my mortgage service to Greentree Servicing.
My original dates for my monthly payment was the 1st of every month to the 16th. After that I would be penalized a late fee and would receive a call that my loan payment is over due. This Greentree Servicing Company is the biggest harrassment agency I have ever experience in my lifetime. They call every month of every day starting on the 1st to the 16th asking when we are going to pay our payment. We have never been late with a mortgage payment. We make that payment between the 10th and the 16th of every monthper our bi-weekly paychecks. They are argumentative, rude, unprofessional, and down right thieves. My best guess is they are trying to get more dollars in as earliest as possible to earn bigger interest rates with their finances.
I called today which is 3/1. My main purpose was to ask when the new HARP revision law goes into effect and when I could apply. I was harrassed once again and there was no information they said about the new program and for me to call back in a week. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever been associated with. They wanted to harass me about a payment again.
Please someone help me and tell me how to get from underneath this monster of a servicing company.
