I get a call from a stupid rep, who I didn't know was stupid until after, to make a payment on my card. She asked me if I would pay the entire balance, I asked her how fast I would be able to use the card again, she promised me the next day! Bull!!! I tried to use the card the next day and it was DECLINED! I called the bank, they tell me that my $400.00 plus would be tied up for 20 DAYS!!! So I had my bank debit them back, credit my account, and I paid what was due. That payment was $63.00. So now, because THEIR rep didn't know what she was doing, and was basically incompetent, First Premier closed my account.in a way, I suppose they did me a favor! Now I don't have to deal with a rip off bank that penalizes customers for what their customer service rep tells them. I guess the idiots running the bank are only capable of hiring more idiots to work there. Thank You First Premier for doing ME a favor and closing my account! Good Bye!!!
