U.K. 2 LTD Fraudulent $0.02 charge

My credit card provider sent me an email stating that a potentially fraudulent charge from UK 2 LTD (London, England) for $0.02 was attempted against my account. It was an account I rarely use. I informed them that this was an illegal charge and they closed my account. I have no idea how they could have obtained my CC#.
