I also agree 100%, and am under the assumption that anyone leaving a POSITIVE note about this man and his SCAM company are either co-workers, Amir himself, and or friends/family of his. My spouse and I moneygramed him a total of 850.00 to hold this certain property, as we moved from our previous location, even-though we weren't living there yet... Which OK, I understand the circumstances as we were very interested in this property and thought this was a good idea. We paid 5000.00 as a down payment on the property as well as the first and last months rent plus one extra month up front... Making a grand total of 7550.00 on top of the 850.00 we moneygramed. (at an agreed 850.00 per month lease) Well we've been here barely (1) month and have had to spend a decent chunk of our own money just to make the home suitable for a family to live (especially children), not including both bathrooms have broken/cracked bathtubs, the a/c unit doesn't work, no appliances what so-ever (which the lease states the home comes with and have the option to purchase at the time of the closing), and bug removal. Replaced ALL electrical outlets and fixtures due to a good majority broken and or painted on (overall safety being my concern). So what I'm getting at is I'm not looking for any handouts, "someone to fix my problems" nor am I just board and felt like writing this commentary (as I am a very busy individual), as someone commented on somebody else's report, but now Amir is demanding rent??? What happened to the extra 1 months rent (850.00) we had given him? So I've asked... And the response I get is a different excuse every-time why the rent is due now and then he finds a way to get off the phone with me (or just hang up). On top of it all, he slid one by me on the contract, increasing the purchase amount of the property by 1000.00. So Amir and I have some issues that need to be addressed (hoping they can be worked out) and just want to fair-warn anyone getting ready to make any deals with this man and his company... BEWARE! (my lesson learned the hard way) (I should have payed more attention to the complaint) This man is a crook and knows what he's doing. Ripped off $1850.00
