When trying to find out about getting a loan, I filled out an application but over 20 different lender's pop up asking the same information all of them indicating im one step away. AmericanWebLoan was the one of two that processed a loan for me, even though I thought it was only one at the time. I had second thoughts about it and believed I had concelled.in truth, I didn't even think it went through, until two days later money appeared in my account. This first amount I found out who it was and contacted them and had them recall that loan becuase I hadn't accpeted it, nor processed my request. They at least, helped and explained to me what had happened and fixed my over jeolous customer service reps processing finger. However, AmericanWebloan also processed it, and two days later I had another amount in my bank. If my sistuation at that time hadn't been so desperate, I would have returned it as well. What concerned me about the whole process was that having completed the registration process, a pop up came up and told me I would not have to do a thing further that my payments where set up and that it would take 9 payments to pay them off, and if i didn't stop the deductions and that my payments were made consistantly during that time, They'd even offer a bigger sum if I ever needed thier services again. I fell hook, line and sinker. At no time, did any pop up or information agreement explain to me that the payment they were referring too was not what was set up for paying the loan and that it was just a fee. Then, two days later I got an email stated I hadn't registered, when in fact I had. When I went to sign in, it accepted my login, but instead of taking me to my account, it sent me to another loan offer which obviously I didn't want so I logged off. 9 paymets later, I called to get an update and the guy I talked with said I hadn't made any payments and that I wasn't registered. They had taken over $1700 so far, but then, "this is new", I was told that was only their Fee's with nothing going too the loan itself. $210 fee? With nothing absolutely nothing going to my loan. Sorry but I banned them from taking any more money. As far as I am concerned they have been paid in full with extra. Thanks AmericanWebLoan service, but our business is over!
