Ripoff dishonest no notifications improper direct deposit Irving

When I signed for my account I was made aware that my direct deposit would be in effect in 15 business days. It has been over a month and my direct deposit still isn't accountable. I was told that from day one that my account would be covered 500 dollars if there was not enough in my account, and since I had a savings that what ever was not in my account that my savings would help cover, NOT!

I was charged NSF charges even though my account was set up for cover from savings and I had enough to cover the charges that we being debit from my account. To add to all this mess, even though my account was active and I have been with them for a month or so now, I couldn't get cash back from a paycheck if I deposited it directly. However I was able to cash my check there and deposit the cash. Does this make any sense?

The last soapbox complaint is the fact that I haven't ever received a statement from them since I've been there. My fiance signed up with them at the same time I did and he received his.
