I file chapter 13 and they objected just so they can take my motorcycle. They can sell it and lied about trying to come up with a solution. I tried to work and they refuse everything i offered. Basically they told me they don't want my bussiness since i file chapter 13 and they just want my motorcycle. I will advise anybody to not do any loans with them they do bad business and very unprofessional, boycott them.
