I signed up for an smc membership over the phone and they did take the initial fee which was fine i did approve that amount, but within the 30 day trial period i made several attempts by email to terminate and all they did was give me the run around some shap or form i was sent emails and told i had the wrong email or it went to a dead link or unable to send!!! Always an excuse!!!
Now they have turned me over to collection and they just kept pulling money from my bank account. I never ever set up an oline smc account but they kept taking even though i never activated an account. I think it is very unfair to be turned over to collection since i was never an official member!!! Now i am being hounded by collections to make this payment now or else!!
