Claimed loan payment wasnt made when it was, ruined credit rating Ripoff

My daughter made a car loan with this bank which I cosigned, they have repeatedly turned her account over for collection when the payments had been made. After I proved to them they had they said sorry,

Then they would turn around and do it again a few months later.

It seems the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing with this bank. They dont get payments posted, turn stuff over for collection to collection companies, even sent a man to my house to repossess the car when all payments had been made!!!

My daughter even paid off the loan early just to get them off her back and they failed to post that payment and turned it over to a collection agency. What idiots!!!

They turned all this over to the credit unions and ruined my credit report, I am considering sueing them over this.

This is without a doubt the lousiest most dishonest bank I have ever heard of in 64 years...
