Sunil, Bobby, Channan Mortgage fraud promise 5% down payment. Push do appraisal. Waste $2260 plus time. Energy

Bobby (Sunnil) was promise me that he could offer the 5% down payment, with 4% the interest rates. All this did by the phone. I actually forward all our business information and the purchase agreement. Then, I ask Bobby and his office to provide the paper or email with the promised. But not answer. However, he pushed me to do the appraisal first. After spend $2260 on the appraisal. The mortgage result was the65% of appraised value 10.49% the interest rates

I am still working on to apply for the mortgage. However, I was told by another mortgage broker office, I have to do another appraisal.
