UC Lending Aegis Mortgage over appraised my home $18,000. I had a previous appraisal, three months old. Sylvia Rodriquez claimed that it could not be used. My inital appraisal was $135,900. Aegis insisted that I had to pay for another appraisal. The appraisal person they sent to my home appraised the house at $167,000. UC Lending sent Sylvia Rodriquez out to take pictures of every room inside my house, and I questioned that procedure.
I requested continuously, plus provided my county records for tax payment and homeowner's insurance payment. UC Lending did not pay them off when I refinanced with them. They did not impound my mortgage when I repeatedly requested that they do so.instead they told me at the closing that my mortgage payment did not include my taxes and insurance. I later checked into refinancing my home at a less rate than 7.3%.initially, UC Lending said my rate would be 5%, than 6%. At the closing I was told 7.3%. I found out later after having someone else go over my paper work, that I was charged 9.26%.
I was told that I have a three year fixed rate, I found later its an adjustable rate. I have been taken advantage of just as the customer in Beechwood, Ohio, and the woman in Jacksonville, Florida.
