I was contacted May 5, by Consumer Capital Services, notifying me that I would receive two credit cards, one for 14.9% and the other for 8% with $279 fee.
When I told the man I had not applied for credit cards, was not interested, he refused to hang up. I told him not to call me again, he said, "Now I am going to call you every day just to bug you." I received another call today with the same "caller id unavailable" message. I also received a call from a woman a week ago with similar speech.
