A Matthew Fleet (not sure if i spelled his name correctly) called me from Consumer Capital Services on June 10th, and told me that i was approved for 2 credit cards in the amount of $4,000. They knew that i didn't have a credit history, so they fed off of that. I don't have much information on them, but i have talked to my bank and they said that they can't do anything because i "willingly gave them my account number", even though i did cancel the transaction with "Consumer Capital Services" with whom i talked a total of 3 times.
The first time i was talking to Matthew Fleet who contacted me and told me about the offer. The second time i called and canceled the second withdrawal from my account, and i requested a refund to my account, and that was July 7th. I called a third time, and a woman answered the phone rudely, and said "who is this", and i told her i wanted a refund, and she told me that a check was sent out to me, and it would take a couple of days to get to my house. And this last time that i talked to them was around August 3rd, i believe. And when i called today (Aug. 20th) and i got a message saying that the phone number is either not in service or something along those lines... Please HELP
