First Capital Consumer RippOff Big Time Ripp Off

I received a call from First Capital Consumer In October and was told that I could get a Mastercard and Visa with a limit of $2500.00 on each. They told us that as soon as we send in $189.00 that we would get our cards sent to us in the mail. They actually did a EFT from our account on Nov. 2 of $189.00 and to our surprise the cards never came.

They gave us a call back number to call and verify that this was truely "NOT A SCAM". We called back and of course a lady answered and she read back all of our information and then told us our cards would be sent out 7-10 days after they received the money.

It is now May and we still have no cards and when we try to call the company, the line is either busy or there is no answer. I have tried several times and finally got through once. I got a fax number from them and faxed a complaint letter at least 5 times. Still no response.

Remember these words "FIRST CAPITAL CONSUMER IS A FRAUD"!

I hope that no one has to suffer as we did. Granted the money they took from us sis not determine if we ate that day, but there is some people out there that got scammed and did not get to eat.
