Stole my child's money consumer ripoff

I received a phone call from a woman, stating that if i paid 279.00 up front, we would receive 2 credit cards. These credit cards were not going to have any fees attached and would not be secured. This would help build our credit.

However after reading a report, while waiting for my cards, on consumer complaints i knew i had been ripped-off!
