I received my $400 state tax return on 2/4. I paid for lunch at the olive garden and paid off the TV I had on layaway at the local pawn shop. When I went to get more minutes on my pre paid cell phone a few hours later that evening, they said my card was declined. I went to the bank machine to pull out cash, and it said I wasn't an authorized user. A different bank machine said I wasn't able to access my account also. When I logged on to Accountnow.com it said my account was restricted and that I should call customer service. The website said customer service was open, but it wasn't. Now I have no money at all (my whole unemployment check was in my account as well) and I can't even go to wal-mart to get formula for my 6 week old daughter. I have no cash, don't have credit cards, and no one to get money from. I am a single mother of 3!!! The least they can do is have someone available to talk to so they can tell me what this is about. I've had this account for 4 years and have referred many friends. After this, I don't know if I will even keep the account. What if it happens again? What about when my federal taxes come in? I don't trust them now. Maybe there's a good reason. It sure would be nice to know what's going on.
