I have been defrauded concerning a Loan Modification. After Breast Cancer, I was having issues with paying my two loans, taxes and insurance on my home. I was told back in May to stay current at all cost by three different loan counselors for BOA. Today, on 09/11, I was told by another employee my modification was denied BECAUSE I WAS NOT BEHIND 90 days on my mortgage. This is complete misinformation and I know this stress is adversely affecting my health, my job and my life.
