When trying to settle this matter in a polite way i'm fussed out and told they can't accept my payment in the manner that i'm able to afford. James gets ugly and hollers and tells me that I'm a lier and that I can afford to pay the damn bill and I better get ready to send the money or I won't like whats coming to me.
I have been constantly harassed and felt so small that I didn't know if I would be able to handle the situation. Could someone please please help me to get them to stop belittling me.
