This is a review/complaint on Frank James Welcker of Rage on Stage Management. Rage on Stage Management (now referred to as ROSM) is allegedly a professional management group in the music industry that handles business affairs for Rock/Metal bands signed under their roster. I honestly dont know where to start with this. First, allow me to share with you the reasoning for this review. This is an attempt to protect and warn any band that may consider the services of ROSM in the future. This is probably the only negative review youve found regarding ROSM and after reading you will understand why there are no others to be located. It should also be known that this review is protected by the very first Amendment of the Constitution of the United States; Freedom of Speech and most probably by whistle blower status as well. For those that dont want to read this lengthy review, my advice, not that I have established credibility yet, is to stay away from Frank James and DO NOT enter into a contact agreement with him.
