I became disabeled, and not working. Fell behind in GE Capitol Payments. Killer late payments. They Would call every 3 days demanding money. When I had it I would give them some, with the understanding I would catch completly up when I recieved my first disability check.
I did this, Sent them $600, and was personaly told my account is OK. Week later they called demanding entire balence, $4000, of course I don't have it. They said my payment was recieved 3 HOURS TO LATE.
I made this payment over the phone, I wonder if they took money from a disabeled person, knowing what was about to happen. I have been turned into a collection agency, who is now calling saying a lawsuit has been filled to collect.
GE CAPITOL took $600 from me, then turned me into an agency, What the!!! Because of 3 hours!!! When my account was caught up when they turned me in!!!
