I am writing to say that OCWEN has foreclosed and sold my house to ACE Securities. I was never notified. I havent been contacted by ACE either and it has been over a month. It appears that I may have been victim of a short sale. I will have to file CH 7 bankruptcy to negate my liability on this. I wonder if that makes my joining the class action a moot point?
