I have been trying for almost a year to get Ocwen to lift the unserved judgment on our foreclosed home. They could have had a buyer, but not with that high judgment. And the records are a mess! Anyone have a Judgment and a foreclosure?
When Ocwen takes back the house, doesn't that reduce the Judgment? I have been trying to strike the judgment for over 4 years now and no one cares!
If anyone knows the address/fax for the research dept of Ocwen please post. I called a real estate office, and found that they were involved with Ocwen! So they stuck up for Ocwen and their actions. Anyone with a foreclosure receive a 1099A? Thanks for reading
