Let me set the record straight about ocwen, they are a ripoff. We lost our business in 08, never missed a payment. We built our home in 96. Called ocwen when owner was in hospital with a stroke, plus he is a senior citizen and paralyzed. I tried explaining everything to ocwen they told me no business no home. Then they foreclosed even with us telling them business was sold and would be able to make payments. They forced us to go bankrupt to save home. Then they notifed realtors house was empty. We had two men come in with a KEY and tell me we needed to get out. To make a long story short Ocwen put us thru H# all they had to do was a reverse mortgage. Now today I have to put my love in a nursing home. The State of Alabama has done nothing to help. Wells fargo is one of ocwen owners. Ocwen is also a prime lender we were never sub prime. The nightmare we have been thru as a result of ocwen, well there is not enough room to write. Take this as a warning never ever use ocwen. We had no choice our loan was sold to them. Always ask who all has a key to your home. Be Aware. I learned the hard way.
