I had a credit line through Citi Finanacial, however, it was recently transitioned to GE Money. When I tried to reach GE Money I was on hold for over an hour and a half, never reaching a representative. It is ridiculous to only have customer service accessible via phone and to have such terrible wait times. There are many options to improve your customer service such as allowing us to enter our account/telephone # and have you call us when available. Or, offer a live chat or email option to correspond with customer service. I am severely disappointed with the level of service and will avoid using GE Money for any future product.
