Kahled Ballouz Set me out without obtaining proper red tag

Mr. Slumlord Ballouz evicted me from my apartment. I was set out without the court setting a red tag on my door. Mr. Slumlord Ballouz changed the locks without obtaining a red card which is illegal, and I lost all my furniture. I'm sure the roaches followed him to his restaurant. This slumlord deserves to live with all his roach friends.
