Robert Pickle does not like to fix his houses. We had a hole in our ceiling for at least eight months that he just did not want to fix. Everytime we told him about it he would tell us "well im a busy man and i have a lot of other houses to worry about." We were told our house would be cleaned before we moved in but as soon as we signed the lease all work on the house stopped.
Pickle did not hold up his end of the lease. He refused to change the locks on our doors which our lease said he would do. There is no telling how many people had access to our house.
Pickle lies. He told us we could move another roommate into the downstairs apartment that was part of the house we rented from him. When our friend was about to come and lay down carpet and paint and fix the apartment up pickle says he cant move in anymore. Then the next week he moves 15 washers and dryers into OUR apartment.
Pickle is a SLUMLORD and will do anything he can to take advantage of you. He Preys on people going through hard times or are down on their luck and college students.
Save yourself a lot of trouble and do not rent from Robert.
