Be very skeptical if you are thinking of renting commercially from this man. I am a previous renter of his and he does not follow through on what he says he will fix. I had my ADT security guy tell me that he could smell some kind of odor in the attic-like a gas - when he was installing my alarm. I told Jim about and he said he would have someone come and look at it and no one ever did. He has slumlord tendancies and does not follow through. But he sure does want his rent check in a hurry! He also discriminates (as he did against me and my family to my customers) and he discusses other tenants financial responsibilities with his other tenants. I broke my lease with him stating I was leaving do to slumlord actions and discrimination. He called me and threatened me he was going to prosocute me. He is very sue happy also! Grumy ol' man with nothing better to do then to try and make other people's lives miserable. Also be very skeptical about having him fix your car. Several people have mentioned how they take it to him to fix it, only to have something else break after him fixing it!
