Company is trying to collect mortgage payments that aren't payable due to agreements made with the company that payments would not have to be made.
After investigating, I have discovered that Litton Loan has many complaints against them for the same actions.
I have received 8 letters in two days, some of which are addressed to my deceased husband, and now phone calls are starting.
Everytime I talk to someone I get a different story about what is due and why.
