ARC I have been receiving phone calls on my cell 3-5 times a week. It is a recording saying that it is not a solicitation, but I'm to call them back at a different number. I don't know why I'm getting t

I am tired of receiving calls from ARC, Account Recovery Corporation. They call and it's a recording, saying "this is not a solicitation, call back..."and then they give a different number to call back.

They don't use my name and I haven't called them back. I have no idea why they are calling, my cell number is relatively new and I don't give it out.

I want the calls to stop. This is harassment.
