Repeatedly calling when they know it is the wrong number. Tuscaloosa

I started receiving calls from this number about a month or two ago. I was pretty annoyed to keep getting calls with no one on the line. I then tried to call in several times during business hours and could get no one on the phone. Finally, one of the phone calls was a real person. They asked for someone I had never heard of. I told them it was my cell phone and only me at that number. I told them to remove me from their calling list because they have no business with me. They have since called on a near daily basis, never with an actual person on the phone, just calling. It is borderline harassment at this point. They have been informed it is the wrong number, they have no business calling me, and they continue to do so.
