I have been receiving calls lately from a firm by the name of Vital Recovery. Vital Recovery has taken it upon themselves to call me on a near daily basis, as late as 6:34pm. Typically when I receive one of these calls and pick up the line I hear nothing but silence for about 5 seconds. Then I hear This message is for, another pause of many seconds, and then my name. If I listen to the entire message, I am given a phone number to call, 18007326606.
On 4-3-09 at 9:20am I called the number referenced above and I spoke to a Miss Moran. Miss Moran said she was calling about a car loan on a 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. I have never owned a Monte Carlo. She said the account number in question was 400451519902390486. She tried to verify my name and I said that was not me, and she said she would take my number off the list.
Unfortunately, the calls continued to come in and I answered another call on 4-17-09. I called back into the Vital Recovery offices at 9:46am. I spoke to someone who was unable to pronounce her name clearly, it sounded like Candace Dann or Candace Mann. Candace asked if the last 4 numbers of the social security number she had on file matched mine, and they did not. She said she would remove my number from the list. Prior to disconnecting the call, I asked for the mailing address of her business, and she refused to give it to me. After asking 2 more times she hung up on me.
I called back and was immediately hung up on.
I called back again, and was put on hold for about 10 minutes. I spoke with someone who could not speak English in an intelligible manner, and finally I was transferred to Miss Jack. Miss Jack asked to verify my phone number, name, and said that she could find no record of me in her system. I then asked for their address again, and she would not give it to me. Finally, while I was on the phone with Miss Jack, I discovered through an Internet search that Vital Recovery holds a mailing address in Norcross, GA. I asked Miss Jack Are you in Norcross, GA? And she said yes. I asked if her mailing address was Vital Recovery Solutions, Inc. 3795 Data Drive Suite 200 Norcross, Georgia 30092 and she said it was.
This organization is harassing me at my home and calls my house looking for someone who does not live here. I do not know the person they are looking for, and I want these calls to stop immediately.
