No one in the company knows their jobs & they are all liars! Internet

I have had Best Buy credit card for years and never used it. So I decided to cancel the card do to the debt protection plan that was on it that I got charged for every month. Needless to say that when I canceled the Best Buy account no one told me that they didn't deal with the debt protection plan. So the following month I still received a bill for the protection plan. I called back and then they told me "oh well we don't deal with that. It's a different company. Call this #". So I called that # and it belonged to the debt collection company. At first they seemed to understand and said "oh yes, we'll cancel this for you and you wont get any more bills." Well since then I've gotten 2 more bills and each month I have to call and deal with someone else who doesn't see what's going on with my account so they have to transfer me to someone else. I have been dealing with this for 4 months now. I have new confirmation #'s from each person I talk to saying that they take car of it but it never seems to matter the next time I have to call. I think this company is a fraud company itself and has a great scam going! DO NOT get this on your card! It will be a headache and a waist of money for you, I promise!
