Unauthorized charges

Ford card/gemb, washed my bank account

I called and so they stated that I signed up for a debt protection plan, and that I DIDN'T. I closed documents stating that I rejected your debt protection plan. I named 800-250-5411 plus they explained that there's nothing that they'll do "at the moment". Our telephone is 304-288-5389 or 724-725-1148. Regards, Rev. John Russell
