I;m writeing in regards to my walmart account being closed. I tryed my hardest to get things done right. It was my mistake when I put it in the coumpter. Was no told about it until I was called. So I asked if I could do that right way again with the right date. She said that I would have to do it over the phone with my check account. So I gave her all the numbers on the check. We both throught it was right until it came back saying the numbers were wrong. So we tryed it again. The same thing happen. The last call I got I gave the same numbers and it went throught. Know you have cut off the card do to a mistake that I was trying to take care of. I think that is WRONG. As you can tell by the records that I was trying and offered to make it right the fist call.By mail or by the coumpter. This is a human mistake and sorry for it. But to shut it off I feel is no right. I have never been late and always try to do what is ask of me. So please take another look at it.
