I have had this card for 2 years, and never late once. The other day I got on line and made my monthly payment like I always do. The very next day checked on it like I always do. And it didn't show up, so I called them and they charged me a late fee, along with an over the limit fee, now, because of the late fee I now am over my limit. They found the mistake, not my mistake but theirs. Credited the account everything was fine, so I thought, today I get up and looked on line to find out that they closed my account. When I called them to ask why, they said you went over your limit. I said no you credited me and told me that it was a mistake. Other wise you would have not credited me. I have had this account for 2 years and you are going to close it over your mistake. She said sorry nothing we can do. And closed it. I am upset because I tried to be honest, make my payments on time. Rebuild my credit. Never be late. Just to get slapped in my face. This is so wrong on so many levels. Please think before you honestly believe that credit card people our going to help you and care about you as a loyal customer. Your just a number.
