Unsecure Business Funding said they could guarantee me a business loan. They told me there would be a one fee for $249. Then once the loan was approved a payment of 3% of the loan. I signed up for this over the phone and was walked throught an e-signature.
Later that day, i got an alert from my credit card company the a large purchased was made. I log into my account online and saw and additional $750 unauthorized charge on my cc from Unsecure Business Funding. They never mentioned any additional charges and i prompltly e-mailed them to cancel my account and also disputed the charges with my cc company.
Unsecured Business Funding states that per our conversation and agreement that was signed that the fee is non-refundable. Doesn't the Utah right of Recission apply here since the transaction was done online and over the phone and we send an email to cancel the service within 3 days?
