Wells Fargo Wrongfully Targets the Elderly, it literally KILLS Them!

I am experiencing such grief by the fact that Wells Fargo targets the elderly. I have been contacted on numerous occasions by Wells Fargo Financial Branch, I've only known the agents name is Taylor. The office Taylor is located at is in Honolulu, Hawaii on Dillingham Boulevard.
My father was an elderly man, who recenlty turned 74 on Jauary 16. My father inquired about a loan to which he contacted my home to discuss my feelings on helping him financially. I managed to talk my father out of the idea, as I am the heir to his estate.

Eveidently, the Wells Fargo agent "Taylor" was extremely aggressive in his approach as he forced a preditor-loan with my father Fulgencio Paul Villaruel. Taylor used extreme pressure tactics which I felt targeting the elderly. I have advised my father that I would assist him with a loan at a much later time, when I felt the time is right.

However, Taylor called me many times at home, at work and on my personal cellular. I returned Taylors calls promptly, advising him that I am NOT interested and firmly advised him not to call me or my father again. Many voice recorded messages were that of my refusal would not be signing any documents he planned out and sent via regular airmail.

Still, I received phone calls as it continued more aggressively. Taylor continued to ignore my plea requesting no more calls as I shouted Loud and Clear to cease his attempts and to stop calling me or my father!
Taylor insisted that Wells Fargo has Lawyers drawing up legal documents making the Loan Binding, it would remove my name off of my fathers estate. This put my father under extreme pressure. The title of my estate is toward a Land estate, which was not only in my father and mothers name, but mine as well. It was clear, Taylor was concerned only of the assets and commission of the loan he pushed hard for.

Thereby contacting my father constatnly, pressured him even more. Taylor mentioned that the loan would be for $80,000.00 USD.

Two separate documents were sent to my home address. Both envelopes remained sealed. I flatly refused to open. The first envelope was for the loan amount. The 2nd envelope was to remove my name off of the estate.

It was Friday January 30, Taylor called both my father and I. Taylor stressed to the both of us in separate telephone conversations that he needed to get the Loan "moving faster" so he could close the deal.
Due to all of this ongoing attempts, I knew my fathers health was extremely sensitive. He has had a triple by-pass in late 1998 and also Diabetes and High Blood pressure. Any form of stress verbal or otherwise would result in a very dangerous and adverse physical reaction. I also mentioned this situation of my fathers health to Taylor, which in turn he showed no regard for my fathers health, hoping he would be a little more understanding. His predatory selling has put my father under extreme pressure.

My father and I have been very close in family ties and Financial estate matters. We were careful and frugal not to make decisions hastily. I also withdrew out of my personal savings, an amount of $3000.00 to assist where it might make my father a little comfortable.
Though, a week later, on February 7 my father passed away.

In closing I could never bring my father back, knowing that he suffered under such circumstances. I must say, that Wells Fargo is the Worst Damned Financial Institution ever!

Their ethics in business is appalling. They prey and rely so heavily on the elderly.

Taylor knowingly with wanton disregard, knew my father was in No condition to make a loan. Realistically, how could my father have qualified at the age of 74? I later learned, that 2 day safter my fathers passing, I had finally opened up the sealed envelopes I kept for 4 weeks, which I refused to sign.

I was in complete shock, that the loan was not for $80,000.00 USD, but for an exhorbant amount of $191,000.00 USD!!!

How dare Wells Fargo operate and hunt their prey on the Elderly. They can all Go to Hell!!!
