Money Tree Mortgage
Took our money said we qualify then underwriting said no!

I called moneytree and they looked at our credit report and said we qualify for a loan. We had to send the $300 application fee before we got more info on the loan. We paid for the appraisal sent in all our forms. When our loan information went to underwriting we were told we did not qualify for the loan.
