Ripoff Got 300.00 dollars for loan application fee I filed a loan for a home through Money Tree Mortgage and I paid them 300.00 dollars

I filed a loan application with Money Tree Mortgage and I paid them 300.00 dollars for the application fee! They told me that I had been approved and to start looking for a home so I did and I found a home so I called Money Tree and I have been calling them for two months now and I still have not got threw to them. I lost out on the home that I had found and I guess I have lost my 300.00 dollars.
