I bought 500 usd of NATIONAL EXPRESS travelers cheques. Amex claims if they're dropped or taken, UCAN get your cash back.
In my own situation, the final i noticed the inspections were in my own luggage. I instantly noted them dropped and was informed to complete 20 websites of paperwork, talked and sent an 'broker' 18 occasions more than 7 weeks.
They WOn't provide me a return. So that they have my 500 usd. No body else has utilized these inspections and today I'm out 500 usd
